Applicant data may include name, email, phone, country, city, work authorization or visa eligibility, expected compensation, CV or resume, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio, education, employment history, application answers, language ability, availability, interview notes, references if requested, technical assessment data if applicable, and communications with Finstock.
Applicant data may come from the applicant, public professional profiles, references where authorized, recruitment partners, and assessment providers where applicable.
Finstock uses applicant data to assess applications, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, evaluate qualifications, verify submitted information, meet legal obligations, protect company systems, maintain recruitment records, and consider future roles only where permitted or consented.
We process applicant data to take steps at the applicant's request before entering into an agreement, pursue legitimate recruitment and security interests, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent where required.
Applicant data may be shared with authorized hiring personnel, interviewers, relevant managers, approved recruitment contractors, background-check or assessment providers where disclosed, IT and cloud providers, and legal or regulatory recipients where required.
